• Appoint internationally reputed 3rd party Inspection Agency, if required
• Co-ordination with shipping agent/Exporter regarding vessel related issues
• Attend loading & inspection at load port, if required
• Co-ordination for shipping documents
• Follow up for release of payment
• Follow up for contract amendment, if any
• Settlement of post delivery  issues like dispatch / demurrage
• Attend quality related issues, if any
• Provide legal support, if required
